🧪 Chem Service
Our most basic plan. We test and balance your pool water and empty your skimmer basket weekly to keep it safe and swim-ready.
⏱️ Visit takes about 3–5 minutes.
Seasonal Total Averages:
- Fall: ~$70–$75/month
- Winter: ~$50–$60/month
- Spring: ~$80–$85/month
- Summer: ~$90/month
🔧 Modified Chem Service
Includes everything in Chem Service plus: Brushing tile at waterline, Netting surface debris, Brushing steps and benches, Emptying skimmer and pump baskets, Routine filter cleaning.
⏱️ Visit takes about 5–7 minutes.

- Fall: ~$100/month
- Winter: ~$80/month
- Spring: ~$110/month
- Summer: ~$120/month
🧼 Full Service (VIP)
Our most comprehensive plan — perfect for homeowners who want a truly hands-off experience with maximum care and consistency.
⏱️ Visit takes about 7–10+ minutes depending on pool condition.
(flat rate based on pool size, location, cage and foliage)
Weekly visit includes:
- Chemical testing and water balancing
- Scrubbing tile at waterline
- Netting surface debris
- Brushing walls, floors, steps, and benches
- Emptying skimmer and pump baskets
- Routine filter inspection and cleaning
- Vacuuming as needed

💚 Green to Clean
One-time cleanup for neglected or green pools. We’ll get your water clear, clean, and back on track fast.
🧰 À La Carte Services
Available only for Chem and Modified Chem clients:
Filter Cleaning (outside routine schedule)
A full cleaning of your pool filter outside the normal service schedule.
Vacuum Service
A one-time vacuuming of your pool floor - perfect after storms, heavy use or pressure washing.
Service Call
Need us to stop by outside your regular visit? We’ll come check things out.
🏖️ Vacation Weeks
We build our pricing based on a 4-week service month. With 52 weeks in a year, that leaves 4 unpaid weeks — and those are ours. We take up to 4 scheduled vacation weeks per year and appreciate your understanding as a small, family-run business.
